Meet the Founder
I am a Beacon of Hope, a Light in the dark, and a seeker of Wisdom.
Hi, I’m Angela, founder of Fe Fusion, LLC, a consulting and coaching practice for individuals and corporate teams.
Before launching Fe Fusion, I spent 22 years in the United States Air Force, serving as both a Religious Affairs professional in the Chaplain Corps and a drill sergeant for five years. Those years shaped my work today. Walking with service members and families through their highest highs and deepest valleys revealed a truth that became impossible to ignore, people thrive when they are grounded in Faith and connected to something bigger themselves. Spirituality isn’t abstract, it’s a protective factor against burnout, loneliness, fatigue, and mental suffering.
That realization became the catalyst for Fe Fusion. A place where I blend my passion for research, my love for people, and my fascination with spiritual wellness to help clients explore, embody, and elevate who they are and who they are becoming.
After retiring in 2025, I continued my work in human development as a Training and Development Consultant, Trainer, and Executive Coach with Dale Carnegie Training, sharpening my skills even further. My background spans organizational development, experiential learning, values‑based coaching, and crisis counseling. I’ve spent years studying and analyzing spirituality in others, designing workshops that merge evidence‑based tools with human‑centered practices, and proving that when people strengthen their spiritual core, they become happier at home, at work, and within themselves.
Outside of my professional work, I am a mom to two, a friend to many, and a lifelong learner who finds joy in the smallest of moments. I move through life with gratitude, curiosity, and a deep love for the human spirit.
The Origin of Fe Fusion
The name came to me in pieces during morning meditation, evening prayers, and through dreams. It was quite confusing at first. To help gain clarity I sketched and journaled what I would see, researched symbols, meaning, and anything else that I thought would help. After months of waiting patiently, God revealed the final answer.
Fe is the atomic symbol (#26) for iron which is the most abundant element in the earth’s core. It represents strength, grounding, and the unwavering truth that transformation begins at the center of who we are. Iron is forged under pressure, refined by heat, and strengthened through resistance, much like the human spirit. It is also lustrous, magnetic, and highly conductive, mirroring the way our energy and intention influence what we attract into our lives. Iron anchors ships, forms the framework of bridges, shapes the blades of swords, and flows through our blood. It is the mineral that holds up cities and sustains the human body. As both a structural and spiritual metaphor, iron captures the essence of transformation — resilient, purposeful, and forged from within.
Fusion reflects the process of bringing together what often feels separate, the realms of science and spirituality. It signifies the integration of energies, ideas, and the mind‑body‑soul‑spirit connection into a unified whole. Fusion embodies a transcendent quality that weaves through every dimension of human experience, creating awareness that we are inherently interconnected. Much like quantum physics reveals that the world is not made of isolated parts but an inseparable whole, Fusion represents the harmony that emerges when we align our inner and outer worlds. It is the essence of integration; the moment when insight becomes embodiment and embodiment becomes transformation.
Lastly, the design elements of the logo are intentional and deeply symbolic. The connected “F” in each word reflects the upward, often challenging journey of growth — a reminder that transformation is rarely linear but always purposeful. The “S,” shaped like the infinity symbol, represents the boundless nature of becoming — no beginning, no end, only continual evolution. And the Borromean Rings embody unity in diversity, the Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), our karmic interconnectedness, and the principle from knot theory that no two rings are directly linked, yet all three are inseparable. Together, these elements visually express the heart of Fe Fusion.
